Workshop | Wearable Prints with Tiger Lily Press

This hands-on printmaking class lets you explore the art of relief printing on wearable items with Tiger Lily Press! In this workshop, you'll bring in an item from your wardrobe—such as a t-shirt, tote bag, or other fabric wearable—and learn how to create custom relief-printed designs to transform your style.

Throughout the session, you will learn the fundamentals of relief printing techniques, including carving and inking, as you design and produce your own unique print.  No prior experience necessary—bring an item you'd like to print on, and get ready to make something truly one-of-a-kind! 

$30 for Taft members; $40 for non-members. Participants must be 18 years or older. All Experience levels are welcome. Registration includes admission to special exhibitions and the museum’s collection galleries.
